James C. Roberson, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA joined McSweeney & Associates, APC in February of 2004. He is responsible for the audit and business valuation activities of the firm.  Mr. Roberson is a graduate of the University of Nevada, and has been a finance and accounting professional for 34 years, including 17 years in public accounting and 17 years in private industry in senior financial and general management roles.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  Mr. Roberson and his wife, Yvonne, moved to Nevada County from Hilton Head Island South Carolina and live in Lake Wildwood.
